If you feel like you haven’t been implementing the health tips, ask yourself what you feel is holding you back and focus on the things or people that will propel you forward.
If you feel like you have been following all the tips and still not gaining traction, you may need to do a different Nourish Program first, then revisit this program.
For example, it is common that if someone is not losing weight, they first need to balance their hormones or to do a detox. Then, when they revisit that program, they are able to achieve the results they are looking for. Another example is when people feel fatigued or depleted, despite eating all the best food. They often need to switch up their plan by doing the Gut & Immune Healing Program first and then take the Energy & Nutrient Boost Program once they have healed their gut and are now able to absorb and utilize the nutrients from food. You may need to do additional testing to assess what the cause of your symptoms could be to make sure there isn’t something you are missing. Be patient and keep trying until your scores improve and you notice results. No matter what, don’t give up!
