In-Person Workshops
For an intimate setting with other members and speakers, we offer in-person workshops at Nourish Medical Center in San Diego, California. For our out-of-town members or for our homebodies, don’t worry, we will also be hosting these workshops live over Zoom.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I be a member if I live outside of San Diego, California?
Absolutely! We will be having monthly webinars and will also be filming our in-person workshops so that you can attend anywhere, even in the comfort of your own home.
Is this membership only for patients of Nourish Medical Center or Flourish Family Medicine or can anyone sign up?
We welcome anyone to join us at Nourish Connections! Invite a friend or family member to also join, even if they are new to naturopathic medicine. And if you are already a patient, Nourish Connections is a great way to stay motivated and connected between one-on-one visits with your doctor.
What is the benefit of continuing my membership month to month?
One of the greatest benefits is that you will have continued access to our library of webinar and workshops. So if you missed any of them or want to revisit a prior talk, you have this information at your fingertips.
Can I schedule a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Gordon or Dr. Stewart?
Yes! Dr. Gordon will be flying to San Diego once monthly for our Nourish Connections workshops. For Nourish Connections members and their children, she will be offering limited available appointments during the workshop weekends. Be sure to schedule in advance to reserve your spot for a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Gordon.
Dr. Stewart is currently accepting new patients through Nourish Medical Center. If you are interested in establishing care with Dr. Stewart or any of the amazing providers at Nourish, request an appointment by clicking HERE.
Can I cancel my membership?
Of course. Cancel at any time and you can finish out the last month of your payment. And keep in mind, you can rejoin when you are ready again.

Dr. Adrienne Stewart
Naturopathic Doctor
Owner & Medical Director of Nourish Medical Center
Dr. Adrienne Stewart is the owner and medical director of Nourish Medical Center in San Diego, California. She is also the creator & founder of Nourish Programs. She loves to help women and men that may be struggling with fatigue, thyroid disease or hormone imbalance. Dr. Stewart and her husband help run their small business together and are parents of two young girls. She loves to “nest” at home and create fun new ways to support patients one-on-one but also with Nourish’s online programs and membership groups like Nourish Connections.
Dr. Chelsea Gordon
Naturopathic Doctor
Owner & Medical Director of Flourish Family Medicine
Dr. Chelsea Gordon is the owner and medical director of Flourish Family Medicine outside of Seattle, Washington. She loves working with the whole family in a variety of health care needs and has completed extensive education and clinical experience in advanced pediatric care. Dr. Gordon is a mom of three very active kids and loves to spend time in the kitchen and trying out new things. Dr. Gordon and Dr. Stewart met in their first year of naturopathic medical school at SCNM in Tempe, Arizona and have stayed connected for 14 years and counting.
