Can I be a member if I live outside of San Diego, California?
Is this membership only for patients of Nourish Medical Center or Flourish Family Medicine or can anyone sign up?
We welcome anyone to join us at Nourish Connections! Invite a friend or family member to also join, even if they are new to naturopathic medicine. And if you are already a patient, Nourish Connections is a great way to stay motivated and connected between one-on-one visits with your doctor.
What is the benefit of continuing my membership month to month?
One of the greatest benefits is that you will have continued access to our library of webinar and workshops. So if you missed any of them or want to revisit a prior talk, you have this information at your fingertips.
Can I schedule a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Gordon or Dr. Stewart?
Yes! Dr. Gordon will be flying to San Diego once monthly for our Nourish Connections workshops. For Nourish Connections members and their children, she will be offering limited available appointments during the workshop weekends. Be sure to schedule in advance to reserve your spot for a one-on-one appointment with Dr. Gordon.

Can I cancel my membership?

If I already purchased a course and want to buy another, where do I do that?
You can simply go back to NourishPrograms.com and click on the individual course you want to purchase.
If I purchase one course and decide I love it so much I want the complete all-access bundle, will I get a discount on my purchase?
Yes! After your initial purchase of a single course and you want to upgrade to the complete all-access bundle, we will give you the chance to upgrade your purchase at a discount. Look out for an email 6 days after your purchase for your offer. If you want to upgrade sooner, send us an email and we will get you all set up!
What is your refund policy?
We care more about adding value to your life than adding money to our bank account. Our priority is that our programs make a difference for you and your family. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, please contact us and we will refund your money.
How do I change my password?
Once you are logged in, you can change your password by clicking the “My Account” menu tab and go to “Profile Details” where you can update your user settings.
Now that I’m finished with the course, can I make a 1-1 appointment with Dr. Stewart or a Nourish Program’s Doctor?
Absolutely! We are here to support you and your family. How do I create an account and where do I order supplements you recommend?

Is there a safe way to shop on Amazon for products?
Yes! Amazon is amazing for almost all your shopping needs. However, as a warning… we have no influence over quality control especially temperature control. For example, you do NOT want your fish oils sitting out in boxes in direct sunlight. This will change your healthy antioxidant rich oil to a rancid pro oxidative formula. This is harmful and therefore important to avoid. Medicines like homeopathics are not as affected by climate change so those can safely be purchased via Amazon. But all fish oils, probiotics, herbal supplements should be purchased by trusted companies like Fullscript. We have also had patients purchase products from Amazon that are mislabeled and have been tampered with. We can’t be sure what’s in the product is truly coming from the manufacturer, therefore, it is not worth the risk when it comes to medicines.

Is there an auto-shipment feature on Fullscript I can use?
Yes! You can easily set up auto shipments which has been a lifesaver for many moms. Many moms do this during cold and flu season so they never run out of immune support during the sickest times of the year. You can adjust your subscription or cancel at any time.
I already have a Fullscript account set up with another provider. Do I need to create another account?
Fullscript has become a leading online store for health providers since it’s such a trusted company. Can I return the supplement?
Fullscript will allow for returns if products are unopened or cause any type of negative impact such as allergies. Contact Fullscript at 1-866-807-3828 to settle all returns directly with them.
What if a recommended product is on backorder?
Favorite products are popular which is why we encourage purchasing well before you may actually need it to avoid issues of having to wait. If you want to know when a certain supplement will be available please call Fullscript directly at 1-866-807-3828.
What is Fullscripts shipping policies?
Shipping is free on all orders over $50. This includes, standard shipping which is 4-7 business days. You are eligible to upgrade to priority shipping, which is 1-3 business days, for a reduced price of $4.95. If your order is less than $50 total, then standard shipping is $8.75 and priority shipping is $11.95.
If you place your order before 3pm EST, your products will be shipped out that same day. Please keep in mind that if you are using a P.O. Box, shipping time varies. Please contact Fullscript directly for this

Does Fullscript ship internationally?
For now, shipping is only available in the United States. For our international clients, we unfortunately don’t have an option to ship internationally at this time.
